vine city is so close to the stadium that they had to build that skybridge with a fucked up pattern to account for backflow and even then people managed to break the escalators storming into it a while back

with the current preferred alternative for BLE the plan is to put the seattle center station at 1st & Harrison which will be basically the same distance as this. all in time for the sonics to win the NBA championship again, you'll see.
