So excited about this! You can't `unsafe impl Allocator for StackArena` but you could for `&'_ StackArena` right? The ref allocator has no Drop, and it's inaccessible after &mut/move of StackArena I'd like to just deal with an (ideally) inlined double ref to use alloc::Box with a stack arena
