I've also lived on Summit Ave and bike commuted to work, and felt INCREDIBLY UNSAFE on the existing Summit Ave bike lanes. The fact that you apparently oppose safer and more family-friendly bike lanes to be built on a road that is slated for major work (including updating old infrastructure that will remove mature trees regardless of where the bike lanes end up) tells me everything I need to know about you as an event organizer.
