Idk maybe they should market their campus resources better...just a thought I know that academic and financial advisors were a huge help and comfort for me at school in a way that an ai corncob could not replicate
Maybe they should program the chatbot to tell people to ask a human when it doesn't have the answer. Really, everyone on campus is happy to give you directions, and professors all have different policies that you can ask them about. Human interaction will retain students better than a chatbot
