Sh2-129, also called the bat nebula, is the bright red/yellow structure in this narrowband image. The gem however, is the blue structure called the squid nebula. This is actually a very faint object compared to the surrounding nebula and has been highlighted in this image thanks to very long exposures using a narrowband filter sensitive only to light emitted by ionized oxygen(OIII)
