US has Aegis ashore in Romania and Poland with SM3 thinking about exactly this vector, and would try for exoatmospheric intercepts. Give it a solid 50/50.

But shooting at Europe is something that hasn't yet been done, and more than any potential damage (Ramstein/Fairford aren't getting shut down by a couple BMs getting through), the political point would be painful for US partners which would suddenly be getting it from both parties in different ways
