Horace Hungerford - Horace Hungerford of Humbleton's Horrifyingly Honest Honey Homunculi. High int, low wis - a wizard. The tiny village of Humbleford is having a village fete, with the homunculi, outside Horace's tower in the centre of town, being the star attraction. It sits on an island in the middle of a wide river, a bridge on either side being the only simple means of entrance. Local police and ticket-takers are keeping an eye on the crowd, not really expecting any trouble. Wooded hills give a vantage point over the village. There's a house on the near side of the bridge that humans seem to be going into dressed in street clothes, and coming out dressed in strange white costumes with masks. Costumes: The Weeping King, The Flower Queen, The Cackling Fool, The Roaring Bear, The Star Child. Only the Star Child is small - the others are adult human size. Also a sewer outflow at the base of the island, if they can find a way to cross the river to reach it. Helter-Skelter the Clown lives down here - has a thing about balloons, but is about as scared of bears as they are of him. Reynard and his gang of a raccoon, a coyote and a weasel are also trying to reach the score, and will probably get there first, causing a chase."

Entrance to Lost & Found, where the music was Too Loud to hold a conversation until I think someone else told them to turn it down. The entrance is quite ornate, with a domed, tiled porchway and frescoes over the door, which has fake flowers hanging above it, too. Customers come in and out, while tourists tick it off their I-Spy books
