Last week at Sheffield DM I spoke about how online UK retailers lost an estimated £17.1 billion in 2019 due to poor accessibility. New Dutch research, has found that online retailers in the Netherlands are losing around €4.2 billion for the same reason. (1/4) #accessibility #a11y #ecommerce

Often, accessibility is seen as a cost on a business for implementation. However, by not making our websites accessible we are losing business from many potential customers. (2/4)
