Over the holiday break, I built a quick set of apps w/ Claude Code. We have hours of old digitized home videos, and my parents aren't really the Plex crowd. An hour of vibe coding and I had an Apple TV + iPhone + web app, all streaming video hosted on S3 + Cloudfront. The basics:

A shell script crawls a folder structure of videos and creates a JSON inventory (titles, sections, runtimes). Also creates multiple thumbnails for animated video previews, then syncs it all to s3. Apple TV & iOS apps are written in SwiftUI, distributed to the fam via TestFlight for now.
