IV. CONCLUSION The subpoena power of the Grand Jury is broad, but it is not absolute. If it were, the Supreme Court could simply say so, which it has not. Given the low need for the subpoenaed information and the highly burdensome nature of the disclosure of the same, the Subpoena is unreasonable and must be quashed pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 17(a)(2). In addition, further sanctions may be imposed Any suspension that cannot be served during the FIFA World Cup 26 will be carried over to the representative team's next official match in accordance with the relevant provisions of the FIFA Disciplinary Code. Further details on rules and on the management of suspensions and expulsions will be confirmed via circular letter.
27 27. SUSPENSION OF IMPLEMENTATION OF DISCIPLINARY MEASURES 1. 4. The judicial body may decide to fully or partially suspend the implementation of a disciplinary measure. By suspending the implementation of the sanction, the judicial body subjects the person sanctioned to a probationary period of one to four years. If the person benefiting from a suspended sanction commits another infringement of a similar nature and gravity during the probationary period, the suspension shall be revoked by the judicial body and the sanction enforced without prejudice to any additional sanction imposed for the new infringement. Disciplinary measures relating to match manipulation cannot be suspended.
