A fake achievement from "World of Warcraft: Midnight" that shows an achievement that's actually just a housing endeavor: - Title is "Arcane Acrobatics", the name of the endeavor. - The description is, "Completed the Last Assistant Architect's obstacle course." - The icon is taken from a screenshot of the face of the NPC, the Last Assistant Architect, which is a pink, ethereal cat from the Consortium theme from player housing. It has one eye and only exists in untethered space in-game. - It grants 10 points and was supposedly earned on July 18, 2026.

Facebook ate my post about this, so I'm not gonna bother making it as coherent. Cigna dropped UNC with three days warning (Dec. 1) when I had a Dec. 2 appointment with GI. If I don't prepay in full (no payment plans), I don't go. This is the yearly checkup, which means anything I needed refilled relied on that. But this isn't a request, because it's not JUST a single visit, right? It's any planned visits, refill requests, discussions about surgery that would have made me better (which existed), having to start over with Duke, that they waited until one month after open enrollment ended, hoping Urgent Care will cover a month of six medications (unlikely) so I can get to a Duke doctor, then a Duke specialist with associated wait times, any retesting requirements under their own health system, any disruption from medication access loss (not just affordability of the prescription .. means nothing if there ISN'T a script). And there absolutely will be - the entire point is disrupting the way my digestive system ran. Because it didn't work. That it's right before another food-heavy holiday where drinking is more common. This is about watching people eat and drink on my birthday and Christmas, because not seeing people at all is much worse. It happened before this particular regime change the last time it happened, when it was Red Hat and WakeMed in downtown fscking Raleigh. I had an Open Access Plus plan then, too. I've been in tech for 15 years. It's not about not affording one visit. It's about all of this at once. I need surgery. Every single meal hurts. If I had a dealer, I would flag one down and buy anything that would stop my appetite. Even meal replacement drinks with --none-- of my allergies or intolerances hurt that bad. Every morning is bad. I need Zofran on hand every single day (which was a nightmare too). I'm queasy every morning.
