A 13 by 9 inch glass baking dish, with what appears to be a casserole, but is actually just whipped eggs(with water and spices) and cheese. RECIPE: I sprayed the dish with cooking spray and a light spread of butter and bacon grease. I cracked the 24 eggs into the prepared dish, added a cup and a half of water, and used an immersion blender to whip it until it was foamy. I seasoned it well at this point with spices and hot sauce. Then added the cheese and put it in a 270f oven for over an hour until it was just set. This yields 8 square omelets with 3 eggs each.
