@jdspainsr.bsky.social What can Arlington do to protect its residents against the hundreds of cars that block our safe bike infrastructure every day? I encountered 6 cars parked in bike lanes just getting lunch today. How can we expect people not to drive when this is the alternative?

Critical issue that demands attention. I plan to tackle it thoughtfully with colleagues and in direct response to the concerns shared by many residents. As our community grows denser, the risks to public safety are increasingly prevalent, and I will prioritize solutions to protect our citizens.
