I was lucky enough to get selected to run the London Marathon next year. Slowly increasing my runs' length, duration and pace now. Real prep starts end of January. Socials can be a nice accountability tool. This week: 2 runs so far - Threshold run on Tuesday and Long Zone 2 run on Friday.
