Notice that if they're rich and white, college students are "just kids" when sentencing them for rape. But Black kids hitting a cop in a snowball fight? Then those 18-20yos have too much facial hair to be kids. (Also, no hate, but I've seen the pictures. I know 13yos with more facial hair.)
