Oof. I wonder if this is the clockwise/counterclockwise movement thing; the default direction hot ends move to create a circle may actually cause a Revo to unscrew itself it it's not tight; both Prusa Slicer and Orca have a setting to make it circle the other way. I can see it coming out and snap
