Soul's Majesty is sorcery speed, but you don't need to lose that body which is huge. As a sorcery, this should be costed at 3mv. If this was an instant, it's current mv would be a little overcosted but fair. Sometimes, Wotc prints cards that noone would add to their deck willingly. I'd choose Greater Good or Harmonize to this every day of the week.
