This pattern continues 3 more times with the buildings getting increasing tall & large until the aforementioned highway. Between these development & the stadium is a nondescript office building (conspicuously absent is any bears branding from this building, so who knows whose offices are inside), & what must be a small boutique hotel another huge rooftop above their retail podium, but no pool. The ensemble is rendered in a faux watercolor & colored pencil style reminiscent of hand drawing.
