It's more that "unconstrained" capitalism doesn't work. The US has a pathologically diseased version of capitalism. It doesn't have to be this way.
It has defied reform for 500 years. Every attempt to do so gets reversed within decades. It cannot be regulated or reformed to not be exploitative, because exploitation is its beating heart. Here’s to finally trying something more inclusive. Something else.
