Pictured is a white gas range oven with a skillet of stirfry veggies and a baking pan with four baked chicken thighs. The thighs were marinaded overnight in a green onion teriyaki sauce, then seared on the outside until producing a caramelized sauce. The thighs are then moved into the oven, preheated for 450Β°F, for 16 minutes. With the skillet freed up and seasoned with this sauce, I move to add red wine, garlic, and chili crisp oil, then add the stirfry veggies. I let this simmer under a lid, stirring occasionally until the sauce reduces. I continue to do this until the chicken is ready to come out of the oven, then serve over a bed of jasmin rice.
