Can someone explain how Trump claims the authority to waive US taxes for the benefit of foreign oligarchs and money launderers? They will happily pay a "gift" of $5 million to avoid paying hundreds of millions in taxes.

It’s such a gift to the wealthy yet again. Now they don’t have to worry. 270 days in the USA and no more tax than the $5mil. I know someone who spends his life on a plane to avoid too many days in one country or another. He’s 75 and he’s thinking I can’t do this forever and now here’s his big chance
