Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited has applied to the Ontario Energy Board for approval of a non-wires solution incentive mechanism to be applied to its Local Demand Response program. If approved, the incentive will be recovered through the clearance of a proposed Margin-on-Payment Incentive Deferral Account at the next rebasing application.
