To celebrate this occasion, command grants the following holiday allowances: - An additional leisure hour per year served, up to a maximum of 4 hours. - One keg of Queen's Finest brand kemir per squadron, compliments of Colonel Magnus Oana, Lady of Chirsk. (Substitution for wine or beer may be made in cases of allergy concerns ONLY). Soldiers of Kalthusian, Oremic, Kleylish, Pinavite, Darshavian Islander, or Rasharnian origin are naturally exempt from the celebrations.
