There is a "Plan" tab which is currently selected which has a radio button to select either "Leave" or "Arrive". In the video, a user is frantically clicking the date picker and time picker to set a time. The date picker seems finicky, but does allow the user to select a date. However, madly clicking around the time picker does not allow the user to select a different time, and is instead frozen to the system clock time when the "Plan" mode was selected.
