I've been looking at FreeCAD (v1) as a possible alternative to Fusion 360, I have to say I'm really impressed. It seems to do all I need including CAM path generation. Its not as polished as F360, but F360 has a much much bigger budget. Im also looking at Solidwork for Makers - only 45$ per year!
