Where are there 99 cent eggs? Gas is still well over $4 a gallon, and the same groceries that I bought a year ago cost 1.5X-2X more today. I make a little more than I did, but not enough to make up the difference and pay rent. My clients are more rural, so I have to drive more, which costs more.
