In the centre of the painting my muse is depicted as an angel with butterfly wings. The angel's body is a silhouette created with dozens of individual paper flowers. Their wings are shaped like a butterfly and made with two layers - a cyanotype printed on a book page underneath a piece of tracing paper. To the left is the soulmate they've been waiting for - a butterfly made from the photobook included with Jimin's album MUSE and matches some collage elements in the background. The butterfly and angel wings are sewn on to the canvas with red and gold thread.
