Peter Parker, an Abyssinian Tabby Mix, curled up and sleeping. He had black toes beans (all black) and can be very vocal. He is the cutest Peter Parker.

Lilacs that are dark purple with white on the edges. Tree is tall, probably 8 feet, and unsure of the specific name of this species but taken on an overcast day in April 2026.

A tunic from a pattern meant to be a sweater dress with a wave pattern on the top part with just half double crochet for the main body. The striped yarn is from a company called Fairyland from Thailand. Pattern is referred to as a khaki stripe or khaki gradient and is a decent blend of 60% cotton, 10% wool and 30% acrylic. The solid color is Biscuit by red heart soft line. Not shown is I plan to use my only and last tool of a lion brand comfy cotton yarn in whipped cream (soft white) that I plan on doing 3-5 rows of the wave pattern on top s d possibly a thin white bit at the bottom. It won’t be dress length but hoping for decent longer than my hip length. I also stated this with doing the wave pattern part and not the main dress part because I didn’t want it as a dress.
Crochet tunic, pattern was free on Patrons website. Bright orange bottom panels are made with Caron Simply Soft in Mango and the top part with sleeves is a mohair yarn bought at Joanns during their store closing. Don’t know the brand or specific mohair blend. Henry is currently being Cat RN while I recover from my total hysterectomy and also office tester for softness. Took me 4 days, about 4-7 hrs per day (maybe). I took breaks and fell asleep a few times.
Two pullovers made for the 12-18 month range for babies. The bottom one is made with lavender chenille yarn and a purple variegated yarn that has dark purple to a medium kind of pinkish purple. Green buttons put on with dark red thread finish it off. The second one is slightly small because different yarns using the same measurements will be a little different. This one I opted to use a lemon yellow baby yarn (it’s a specific type of yarn) and made the base 3 rows shorter just so I could add the rainbow variegated yarn to the bottom so it matches the top part. I decided to go with yellow buttons on this one just to make it pop and the baby yarn is fine enough that I used it to attach the buttonsI tend to make or give baby gifts for older babies because everyone usually go for newborn items forgetting that babies grow! Plus I am hoping when they are older, both children will see these things and know that they were made with love. ❤️
About 20 rows of half double crochet in a yarn called painted dessert flowers (sorry I lost the label do don’t know the brand). Colors are kind of put on in a pattern of some sort. There’s bright yellow which fades to a pastel yellow on the white and has a little green where it touches the blue. The blue mainly stays one tone but where it overlays the reddish brown, sometimes it looks blackish or even purplish. It kind of works up as splashes of color (like paint drops on canvas almost). I’m using a 4.5mm hook for this as it’s baby yarn (thin and soft).

A decent sized area with all the different irises, alliums, and all the way at the farthest part are peonies and a lilac tree. I think there are some daylilles too but they have no flowers yet but I believe they are the orange ones, which is called Chicago maybe?
