Are you a Mandela Person or a Castro Person? This is my "Elvis or The Beatles?".  I am not saying that people in either camp are meaningfully guaranteed that set of rights, just which legitimation narrative rules. It's a deliberately incomplete taxonomy. In which camp does each world leader sit?
