In 2026, Ohio University will evolve its brand marks to move to a one logo strategy, using the same mark across both academic and athletic use cases. Most large institutions have moved to a one logo approach in the last decade to support marketplace brand awareness and affinity. OHIO's strategy for moving forward is to leverage existing affinity with the arched OHIO mark and embrace it as our primary logo with minor updates to the design. This presentation will introduce the new logo system and the planned timeline for implementation, including strategies to help reduce any unnecessary costs associated with the change.
