6 new books in my book pile that I am curious about:

Two books about Amazon to gain more insights on their strategies, one book about commodity trade, one about the chip war on one of the critical components for digitalisation.

One book on the state of German and European Defense after the Russian invasion in Ukraine last spring and finally a birthday gift I had on my list for some time on Business Architecture - a key element to execute successful business strategies. This is not about IT which people often think, however much strategy execution is supported by consequent and decisive deployment of IT and Digital solutions these days.

Keep in mind that there are (with the rare exception of pure technical upgrades, aka oil changes) no IT projects. All projects are business projects, they need to be owned and driven by business to support strategy execution.
