I don’t fly often, and this used to be my home airport so there’s that bias, but DEN is my favorite. It’s huge yet reasonably quick to get around. It has good ground connectivity to downtown. Lots of food options in the concourses. Plus, no other airport has Blucifer to greet you or see you off.
