It has not worked well for me. Example below. Please reply if it has worked for you, with what you did so I can learn!

It seems like you’re using 4o and not o1-preview. For mathematics the difference is pretty stark
I recently tried to use ChatGPT to help recall some basics on balls, cubes, and coverings. The question: upper-bound the covering number of the cube [-1,1]^d by 2-norm balls of radius \delta. I, perhaps embarrassingly, forgot the answer - remembering only a way to derive it.
