Pros - Palm keys, thumb row keys, full lighting control, good firmware/software. Cons - Custom Sculpted keycaps (kind of a pro too?), wood base takes up more height/width than most others.

Most of the time, I use a Keyboardio Model 100, too. The only con is that it takes some time to adjust to the ergonomics. Once I did, the ergonomics become a pro: I can work for hours without most stress injuries. The aesthetics are an unexpected pro.
I mostly use a Keyboardio Model 100, like the one shown above. I adjusted my chair, so the height doesn't bother me. I would add that an aesthetic design is an extra benefit. I also have a ZSA Moonlander, which is a very mature product that gives even new users easy access to advanced features.
Do unibody ones count? Otherwise I'm gonna have to finish soldering my Sector C
