"5" sitting in an alleyway, curled up. OTHER INFO This is some concept art for a game I'm making called GAROT. It's a cyberpunk sandbox survival horror game that takes place in the city of Hammerton, Washington State. "5" is the character player (though it is completely optional if you wanna take on that title or not) who is shown in this piece. Do note that their gender, design, and outfit can be totally different than this, as I will be giving you the ability to customize your character. No, the game won't be apocalyptic or anything, but surviving in the city is gonna be difficult. You can sell your soul to the mega corporations, or break out of the cycle and live your own life. Yes, I plan on adding a story, but you'll have to actively go out of your way to engage with it. You won't be railroaded into it nor will your character have to be "5". You've came to this city for a new beginning. Your story is yours, and 5's story is theirs. You choose if you want to experience their story or your story. One finale thing, yes they're sipping on a Josta. I know they were discontinued in 1999 and GAROT takes place in 2003, I wanted to add it in because I love how cool they look, and their design matches that whole "stagnant culture" vibe I'm going for, where people are still stuck in the 80's and 90's. With so many wars and death going on in this world, People look back fondly to these times, forgetting that things used to also be worse back in these eras. Yet, despite the bleakness and the societal rot, you still persist. Despite the gloom, you're still alive, living and breathing, creating, and being human. Beneath the blood drenched battlefields and city-sized factories lies a better future. You are not a slave to your past.
