Video of a Chrome devtools snippet, which when ran updates the page title every second to display the current time. An object with a property "stop" is displayed in the console, and when the value for that property is clicked, the title stops showing the current time.
Screenshot of the issue: on a scrolled page, the first tooltip is not aligned with its anchor at all. The second tooltip aligned with the top of its anchor instead of centered as explained in the following post
