Flashback to last week when I spent 3 hours up and down a ladder troubleshooting why a new Meraki MX85 couldn't connect to the WAN gateway, eventually having to revert back to the original hardware. When asked about it, Lumen basically said "Call us next time dummy". I still don't know why.
