Had to make an exchange, but then could not resist the allure of a bike roundabout on the way back😂 Average cadence for the two were 72 and 76 rpm. Also been trying to make sure I’m pedaling all the way through and not coasting half the time🫡

heck yeah! I rode to the Dentist and then to get a few things from Aldi on my way home and took the scenic routes. making a point to use pedal assist only and not the throttle and my knee is making me AWARE that it is AWARE that I did the THINGS.
Reasonably sure I overshot the roundabout, too😂
