"Social media" does NOT include services such as email or private cloud access, but MAY include services such as access to any forum, social media platform (e.g., ActivityPub), or website comments section. In order to facilitate compliance with Virginia law, please indicate your age as 16+ years old or under 16 years old in the acknowledgement boxes below. This is followed by two checkboxes indicating agreement with the ToS, one that says "I am 16+ years old" and one that says "I am under 16 years old".
