Jonathan Surratt @beerinator.com · 28d Got a chance to try The Bear sandwich from Honey Butter here in Chicago. It's fried chicken strips, pickled prince giardiniera, sweet pepper aioli and chicken jus for dunking. It's their June special and it was pretty good. The jus is a bit unnecessary but I'm not one to pass up a dunk.

So I do not like mayo or aioli at all, and some version of it seems to show up on just about every sandwich (along with cheese, most of which I don't like, either). When do you feel like mayo/aioli doesn't belong on a sandwich?
I initially misread this as “jus for drinking” and said “that seems gluttonous!”
