A set of tools for running and working with yahtzee games.
COMMAND is one of:
Gameplay Commands:
cplayer1 Run a standalone computer player

![The file format has two sections:
• records that represent dice rolling, and
• a final record that represents the order of scoring.
Numbers are stored Least Significant Bit (LSB) first.
The dice rolling records have two kinds, first roll, and then subsequent
rolls. On the first roll we store a dice id in 8 bits, and on the subsequent
we store 5 newly rolled bits one for each of our dice that are new to this
roll, and then another dice id. When the newly rolled flags are all zeroes, we
do not store the dice id as it's the same as the one preceding it. We do 13
turns of three records for 39 records total.
The order of scoring is stored in a single 33 bit number. We use a Lehmer's
code to represent the particular permutation. For example [1 2 3 .. 13] is
represented by a 0 and a [13 12 11 .. 1] is represented by 13! - 1.
The number 1000000 is [1 2 3 6 11 12 7 13 5 9 10 4 8].
An encoded file is at most (34 * 13) + 33 bits or 60 bytes.
Dice ids are generated as follows:
