Pretty significant, this should concern everyone. The side effects of these weapons are serious. I've asked several places and haven't gotten a definitive answer, could one of these weapons be deployed from a satellite? #ufosky

Theoretically yes. It coming from a satellite is super strategic too (not a lot of interference during the initial travel within the vacuum). But yea it could either be RF, Microwave, or laser. A laser is what would be able to pin point an individual, but it would need a really good power source…
