Bought a junk CP-10 to scavenge the printer mechanism but when I opened it up there were signs that someone had tried to repair it before me. Not one to avoid a challenge I got it working and now I guess I need to buy another junk CP-10!

🤯No way! Pics or it didn't happen!
The back cover has two small hooks on one end and two screws on the other. One hook had snapped off and the other was bent flat. Other signs of a previous visitor included dirt and scratches on the *inside* of the LCD cover and a relocated battery wire to bypass a corroded pad and track.
