And while the shrinking middle class is a point of concern (a concern I'm not convinced is addressed by reshoring manufacturing jobs), of those that exit the middle class, more Americans move up than down. And those who move up experience exponential income growth.

I'm so old that I remember: Having the same discussion about farming jobs (vs manufacturing jobs). When expanding the middle class through blue collar jobs, even if it stunts economic growth, was a Democratic platform. 👨🏼🦳👨🏼🦳👨🏼🦳👨🏼🦳👨🏼🦳
