Oh wow… didn’t know their customer support was that bad. 😕 The sound quality of the LSX II is amazing, though. How do the HS-4s compare? I looked them up and they cost a fraction of what the LSX II go for. 🤔
Imho don't get a sub before you live with any pair of speakers for a month or so. In a small office you likely don't need one. Also you can leave the dac for later if you have a mac with support for "high-impedance headphones". It is their wording for a decent dac chip.
