The first batch of jam this season. 80/20 Red and Black Raspberry. The blacks have natural pectin, so when you combine to that ratio, you only need to use half the packaged pectin. Which has become costly. $3oz at stores. I bought it for 69 cents oz in bulk on Amazon.
