But that's pretty easy to see, right? You can see teams that go ahead and crash the glass more have the highest %OReb. The correlation and causation are pretty straightforward, unlike opponent %3P. It's way less luck, and more of personnel and teamwide strategy and intent.
We talked about DWhite hustling to foul line to grab ORB yesterday, right? If he does that on 20 possessions but only grabs 1 ORB is that strategy or luck? Please don't see this as argumentative! I just love talking about this and my fam is sick of listening to me! 🤣🤣
