These complications come in two forms. "Blocked" and "stuck" are *blocking* complications: this means that they need to be either resolved or bypassed. (For example, if you decide to just knock the door down, that could bypass "stuck" just fine, but "blocked" might still be in effect.)

"Alarmed", on the other hand is a *consequential* complication. You can unlock the door as normal, but unless you address it first, everyone in the vicinity is going to know it as soon as that door opens. You can decide if it's worth it.
