Most days I wake up scared, Shocked from my dreams. Too raddled to get up from my bed. Some say it's my meds, some say it's the trauma, most say it's all inside my head. But I know it's not, Not the things I fear. I wouldn't isolate from everything. Because I can't watch the news, and I can't go online without being reminded the same thing. That some people don't want me to exist. They want people like me gone. So I just hide away until I have no choice and I finally go asleep. And get reminded of the exact same things, now that I have no choice. Helpless in my dreams.
