Larger buildings sit among the residential ones; these are dice, terrain, and market buildings, and will generate resources, manage weather tiles, and produce influence for the city, respectively.

"The city has drawn the attention of a new off-world faction... Lantern Lantern are a small species of one-and-many organisms living in the cloud layers of Amber. Originating from small medusa living deep in the core layers, the larger pod species are now host to dozens or hundreds of human inhabitants. These former humans eventually become dependent on the host creature, but together have the ability to shape the planet and moon system to a large degree. The Lantern favor gives one reroll on every event, and the penalty adds one instability die on every event."
